Dave and his crew completed a full kitchen renovation for us in the winter of 2019. Sitting here in early 2021 nearly two years after the work was completed, the workmanship and quality continues to stand out. We removed multiple walls, installed new hardwood floors, installed a wet bar, and even expanded the scope of the project (mid-flight) into the foyer and powder room where we replaced the floors and powder room vanity. Dave and his team were punctual and tidy and became part of our family for the 10 weeks they were onsite; my kids especially enjoyed the sharing of their powdered doughnuts! The project was completed as Dave indicated at the outset and he came right in on budget. We could not be happier with the final product and especially appreciated the team’s suggestions along the way about how to make the living space more functional, small details to add into the finished product to give it the “wow” factor, and Dave’s attention to detail to make sure that the work met his high expectations for quality. We look forward to having Dave and crew back for our next project!

I just wanted to say thank you for working so hard to ensure my kitchen was done by Thanksgiving!! We had a great time discovering how to work everything (and I’m happy to report….everything worked). My family was so impressed and surprised with the renovation. Dave, Art and Al were great to work with and I would definitely refer them to my friends.

When I decided that my kitchen was claustrophobic and I needed to bring it into the 21st century, I called Dave Voelker of Dave Voelker Design & Construction to see if he had any ideas of what I could do with it. I had known Dave socially before calling him for advice on my Kitchen but I was floored when he told me he would be laying out the design and suggesting the color scheme.

My daughters were set on an all white kitchen, but when Dave saw the rest of the house, he was leaning towards the brown tones and rustic feeling, and against their wishes I went with his ideas. In addition to the kitchen, I also had to re-do my backyard due to the flooding my property sustained on July 4th, 2018. Dave organized re-grading the hill in the backyard, redesigned the patio space and built a Gazebo. You can see the whole backyard from the kitchen and so he tied everything in together. He has a very keen eye for space design. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

His crew is dedicated, extremely competent and easy to talk to. They go out of their way to please the customer.

We recently hired DVDC for our kitchen remodel.  The guys were professional and hard working. They did everything we asked of them and cleaned up each day.  They were very considerate as we were living in our home during the renovation. They even accommodated us for Thanksgiving with a temporary kitchen so we were not as inconvenienced. Dave was very involved in the project and paid attention to all the details.
